Return Policy:

We offer returns only (no exchanges) for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date the order was delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • 1. Insoles must be untrimmed, uncut, unaltered, and unworn and in their original packaging. Any trimming, cutting, altering, or wearing will void return eligibility.
  • 2. Apparel items must be returned in an unaltered, unused, and unwashed condition in their original packaging.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if items do not meet return eligibility requirements.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, customers must email cs@move.one

Once approved, returned items must be shipped within 5 business days to ensure proper processing.

All return shipments must include tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and returns sent without tracking may experience delays or be ineligible for a refund.

Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost, if applicable.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and processed, please allow 2–3 business days for us to initiate your refund. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if items show signs of handling, use, or are returned without original packaging.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
